Making a Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sole Purpose. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

• Request a Return: Log in to your account on our website and navigate to your order history. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the prompts to request a return.
• Receive Your Shipping Label: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Simply print the label and affix it to the package.
• Packaging Your Return: Place the item(s) you’re returning in the original packaging, ensuring they are in the same condition as when you received them. Please include all original tags and accessories.
• Drop Off Your Package: Take your securely packaged return to your nearest Royal Mail drop-off location. Remember to keep hold of your proof of postage for your records.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we’ll process your refund promptly. Please note that a small fee of £2.50 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs. Here’s what you can expect:

• Refund Timeframe: Refunds are typically processed within 5-14 business days from the date we receive your return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
• Refund Method: We’ll refund the original form of payment used for the purchase, minus the £2.50 fee. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
